Brian Waild is an operations and supply chain executive with 30 years of experience bridging organizational strategy with extended supply chain relationships.   He is currently leading the supply chain transformation as Director of Supply Chain Precinmac, LP and, formerly, Global Planning and Logistics Manager for Elmet Technologies and Sr Manager Operations and Supply Chain for Newell Brands.  He specializes in merging LEAN principles and Theory of Constraints thinking to transform his supply chain and help his suppliers increase their performance.
